BEFORE: HYDRATE
Saunas make our bodies very dehydrated, so it is important to drink lots of water before a session. Don’t stop there – hydrate during and after as well to ensure your body receives the full benefits of the infrared sauna.

WEAR
Wear what makes you feel most comfortable. We recommend lightweight clothes, a swimsuit, or going nude.

During
If possible, arrive a few minutes early so that our staff can get you checked in and show you around the studio. We’ll make sure you are assigned a private suite and given a proper run-down of how to use our vitamin c showers and ipads.

AFTER
The first thing to keep in mind is that your body just flushed out a lot of toxins, so be sure to take time for after care and rehydrate. Once you’re done using our services, please return your ipad back to the front desk and enjoy the rest of your day, the Thrive way!
