I love love love the infrared saunas at Thrive Fitness. Each one is private and complete w its own shower! The benefits of using the infrared sauna are amazing and include increased calorie burn, powerful healing through antioxidants and it is great for ur skin, mental well being and circulation. If you use it after a workout it will help speed up lactic acid release to decrease muscle recovery time! If your really brave you can also take a plunge in one of the 2 cold tubs! This place is amazing! I love it!
